This guide provides the necessary settings and steps to configure your email account on mobile devices (iPhone/Android) and desktop mail clients (Outlook, Mac Mail, Thunderbird).
1. Webmail Access
If you need to access your email via a web browser, use the following URL:
https://mail.welldressedwalrus.com
2. Standard Configuration Settings
Use these settings for all manual configurations. Regardless of the device, ensure you use your full email address as the username.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Username | Your full email address (e.g., name@yourdomain.com) |
| Incoming Server (IMAP) | us2.workspace.org |
| Incoming Port | 993 |
| Incoming Security | SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing Server (SMTP) | us2.workspace.org |
| Outgoing Port | 465 |

4. Setup Instructions for Android (Gmail App)

- Open the Gmail app.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right and select Add another account.
- Select Other.
- Enter your full email address and tap Manual Setup.
- Select Personal (IMAP).
- Enter your password.
- For Incoming Server Settings, ensure the server is set to us2.workspace.org.
- For Outgoing Server Settings, ensure the SMTP server is set to us2.workspace.org.
- If prompted for port numbers or security types, use Port 993 (SSL/TLS) for Incoming and Port 465 (SSL/TLS) for Outgoing.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Username Errors: Always ensure the username field contains the full email address, not just the part before the "@" symbol.
- Authentication: If your mail client asks if the Outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication, select Yes. It uses the same username and password as the Incoming server.
- Port Conflicts: Ensure you have selected SSL/TLS before entering the port numbers, as some clients may reset the port number automatically when the security type is changed.
